A nézésében, a kisugárzásában volt valami egyedi, különleges, ami tükröződött a játékában is. akár szerelmes, akár "keményfiús" szerepeket játszott és azért elég széles repertoár áll a neve mögött. Volt egy film, ahol Alain Delonnal együtt apákat játszottak, pontosabban nem tudták, hogy a fiatal lány, melyikük lánya. Rengetegszer láttam már, és mindig nagyon szórakoztató, Belmondo mellett a feleségét játszó színésznő is zseniális benne, Sophie Marceau pedig nagyon bájos.
